Loved our stay here. Fun layout for our group of 4 adults 3 kids (ages 3-6). Kids were obsessed with the bunk room. Loft bed super comfy, and the other room was nice also. Perfect size for our group. Great location easy drive to Camelback (we did the waterpark one day and my husband and I skied another). The ski on/off is a walk but it’s doable. Clubhouse pool was also nice. Ross was incredibly helpful and responsive leading up to our stay and during. We had a big storm while there, we did need to shovel ourselves out but luckily my husband was able to take care of it. Just to keep in mind for others if there is snow forecast, it is a big complex so takes time to shovel the walkways for everyone. Would stay again!

Ross was extremely helpful and responsive not only leading up to, but also during our stay. The condo was in great condition, felt cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for a great ski weekend. The games were great, the tv was intuitive, and all the appliances were new and easy to use. You cant go wrong staying at Ross’ place!

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb. Everything was even better than I expected it to be. Ross was an excellent host and assisted in every aspect. I strongly recommend them if you are planning a trip to this area. The house is spotless, in a beautiful private community. With games provided for family fun. There are so many little touches that make you feel like home. There is also a very helpful guide book for the area as well. They assisted in making a great vacation for me and my family.

Ross was an excellent host! Very fast, communication, and clear instructions for checking in and checking out. The entire space was newly renovated, very clean and well stocked with supplies. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 plus 1 other adult. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay for our annual ski trip. You cannot beat the location as it is right next to the mountain, not to mention the amenities at the clubhouse that are included as a guest of the village (indoor pool with sauna and hot tub, gym, indoor basketball and ping pong). Even within the rental itself, our kids were kept very busy with the arcade games and shuffle board. Everything was clean, comfortable, and updated. Ross was the best host! He was incredibly responsive and happy to help in any way. We couldn’t ask for a better stay! We will be back!

This is our second time stays at this airbnb and it is an exceptional stay. We had such a great time celebrating our son's 16th Birthday with his friends. Thanks again! We will definitely be back. We love the place.

We had a fantastic stay at Christine and Ross’s place! The home was spotless, relaxing, and incredibly comfortable. Even though it’s only about five minutes from Camelback Mountain, we honestly could have just stayed at the house the entire time because of all the amazing amenities. The space was cozy and well set up, with board games to play, a super comfortable couch, and a nice big TV that made it easy to unwind.
The location is perfect—close to restaurants and the outlets—and we really appreciated how dog-friendly the property was. The indoor tennis courts, pool, sauna, and basketball courts were incredibly convenient and so much fun to use.
One thing to be mindful of is that you do need to walk down stairs to access the house, but the maintenance team does a great job keeping everything well-salted and safe.
Christine and Ross were wonderful hosts—friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to messages. I highly recommend this stay and will very likely be returning soon!

Great place to stay, our family had a great time Ross and Christine are amazing and were very accommodating! Loved all the games and all the amazing touches! The upgraded windows were amazing as other places we stayed in this development were drafty and cold. Bring some waffle mix! The Belgian waffle maker was a nice touch!

We loved our week in the Poconos! The townhouse was beautifully furnished and appointed. The kitchen had sufficient utensils, cleaning supplies and even some spices.
The beds were comfortable and linens very nice. There was an abundance of towels, with nice beach-y towels for the going to the pool. Our unit had a generous outdoor space that was perfect for eating and just handing out. It was perfect for our family get-together. We should definitely stay there again.
